Thanks to AR-trvlr for directing me towards this place. He told me that you all might be able to tell me about a rifle I came up with last week. It is a NIB Browning model 71 High Grade Chambered in .348. From what i have been able to find out it is a limited edition 1 0f 3000. I have been given values of $1100 (Book)to $2500(Wild Guess). So fire away I need edumacated

They seem to be getting around $1300 to $1400 on recent auctions. I had one that was NIB ... but I just had to start shooting it. I think Sixgun recently sold one or had it up for sale.

Those Miroku made reproductions from Browning seem to be of really good quality and finish. They even took the time to tap the receivers for the very popular side peep sights. Of course, some people don't like the high-gloss of the Browning stocks. It's hard to believe it's already been 22 years since those guns were made.

cool

I have never owned a gun so beautiful before. I have more shooters and only a couple of lookers. a 20+ year old virgin is..... well hard to justify pulling the trigger on. That is one of the reasons I offered it up for sale. i don't want to be the one who breaks it. Haha I let my others do the work.
