What is a Marlin 336 in 219 Zipper worth?

Post by AkRay »

I'm assuming these are fairly hard to find, and I don't own the rifle. Condition is supposed to be excellent. Does $700.00 sound like too much money to pay for one?

I saw your other post. No, unfortunately  , I don't think $700 is out of line. (BTW, I saw your post on the other site and was doing some research...)

Cheap. There's only 3200 ever made and this is a big country for those 3200 to be spread around. I have one, my brother-in-law has one and I wore one out, so thats 3197 left :D ---------Sixgun

I have one that is in about 90% condition and I purchased that one 4 years ago for more then $700 .

And the guy I got that one from has another that has been rechambered to 219 Zipper Improved ! So there 2 more of them .

FWIW , I have mine sighted in with Nosler 60 grain Partition bullets . So in essence I have a TWO shooter
