WTS: CVA Scout V2 single-shot pistol, 6mm ARC

I didn't draw antelope tags in New Mexico or Wyoming this spring, so here's a nearly new CVA Scout V-2 single-shot pistol in 6mm ARC. The excellent 14-inch barrel, made by Bergara, comes with a 1:7.5 twist and shoots very well. The nice, crisp trigger averages 2 pounds 14 ounces on my Lyman gauge. The pistol weighs 5 pounds, 6 ounces. While the accompanying target might not be all that impressive, I was having a time of it trying to concentrate on looking through the Burris rifle scope I had on the gun and the guy next to me was peppering me with hot, rapid-fire 9mm then .45 ACP brass. Asking $395 shipped from my dealer to your dealer, including the Boyt case. If you want the Hornady dies, Starline brass and most of a box of Sierra 90-grain TGKs, add $70.

Would go $425 shipped with dies, brass etc., or trade toward a Ruger Blackhawk in .45 Colt in good condition -- 5.5 or 7.5-inch barrel.

We lived in Missoula when I was real little. Dad taught forestry at the University of Montana for a year. He told me the faculty was paid in silver dollars in those days circa 1954 or so.
