Sunday’s half time show

Post by 4t5 »

I don’t watch much football since the blm kneeling stuff a few years ago , but Sunday is a time to spend with grand kids.
Turning point U S A is televising a half time show that promises to be better than the woke cross dresser the nfl is putting up .
You can watch it on on a few channels as well as RUMBLE.

Those few minutes that I have been able to stand before I muted the telly every year for as long as I can remember have been really bad acts that cost many millions of $. The NFL should ask for at least a partial refund or else stop the check's clearing.

I remember that here were great expectations for this one and even real fans were rather disappointed.....

There hasn't been a decent halftime show since Jay Lo did it, now several years ago. But it doesn't matter much to me. I don't keep up with football, anyway, never did. I don't even know who's playing.

I'm with you - stopped watching the NFL when they started the kneeling BS. I was never a big fan to begin with, not knowing the players at all. I just don't care, and now care even less. Looks like a lot of the players are just thugs fathering as many babies out of wedlock as they can. You know, like the NBA - which I never watched. I do like the sport of football itself, having played four years of it as a youth. When my daughter was at Clemson Mrs. YK and I got into watching the games, and this year I loved seeing my alma matter win the national championship (go Hoosiers!) - in good part because their QB is a very religious player and wasn't ashamed of it. :)

I won't be watching the "big game". Again, don't care. Haven't watched it for years, and the NFL just seems determined to push more normal Americans away. Let's see if the make up the money appealing to the weirdos they are apparently trying to court. I am interested in watch Turning Point USA's show and will turn into that.

Super Bowl Sunday is an excellent opportunity to watch an old John Wayne movie. :D

I usually go shooting on Stooper Bowl Sunday, it's the one day a year I'm virtually guaranteed to have the desert to myself.

The NFL has let me know that they do not want my money. I will put it to better use. I will take my wife out for a meal.

If the game is close I'll watch it, Never the Halftime show. if it's a blowout you can watch the condensed version the next day on u-tube. My real super bowl was the last three weeks of playoff games. I can't stand basketball or regular season baseball games. The Baseball world Series last fall was the best of My lifetime. It won't be long and all the football games will prolly be pay for view only. These clowns playing wearing gold chains and diamond earrings makes Me barf. they are all wealthy and when they get hurt it's a big deal, booo, whoo. NFL. Not- For- Long.

As someone once said;
"Who the hell wants to watch 22 millionaires play with a bag of wind in their underwear?"

Seriously though. I only watch one football game a year and it is usually the super bowl. I root for the team I oppose that way my team will win. But I have no team. I'll probably root for the one that is behind. I will watch Turning Point USA halftime show.

I won't be watching the super bowl. The NFL rates a -10 on my interest meter.

Years ago, with Obsama in the whitehouse and the Saints winning the super bowl, I figured the end of the world was near.

I don't do half times either, but enjoy just watching the game of football, all PC aside. Of course, being from the Northwest and having lived in Seattle and Tacoma, you might guess where my sympathies lie. 8)
I absolutely don't do NBA, and struggle to maintain consistent interest in Major League Baseball. George Will has paid serious intellectual attention to baseball, as has Ken Burns. These two guys make me want to care deeply about it.
I remember learning to reload on my brand new RCBS Junior press when in high school in Arcata, CA, circa 1970, and loving having the Giants game on in the background. I think a baseball game on the radio adds a wonderfully rich layer to the beloved male pastime of "puttering."

I gave up watching any sportsball games a long time ago. I've got better things to do, like clean out the chicken coop.
