I was wondering how many of you have explored the Leverguns Site?
https://www.leverguns.com/
I know there is quite a bit of traffic on this Forum and that's great. I was wondering how many have explored the Leverguns site ... read the articles that interested you ... looked at the photos of some of the levergunners .... checked out the listings of all the first leverguns experimented with and the ones who lasted ...looked at the different photos scattered throughout ... or read the legal disclaimer?
All kinds of stuff ... chamber and cartridge dimensions ... exploded views ... and yes, some of the stuff is missing. The site has not been updated in years. One reason is, most of the traffic comes here, either because they have read all the stuff on the site or else they have not paid any attention to it .. for various reasons.
But I am curious.

Jim,

Sir, if you mean going to this link -- https://leverguns.com/ -- which I will call the Home page. Then, Yes, after at least a year of being on the site for the forum section. I believe, I was looking for the 32-20 articles in particular. It took a lot of hunting and browsing the different links, to ultimately find them. But in doing so, I did go back and started reading the articles and links that interested me the most, but I did look and read snips of all the links.

Yes, of course. It lead me to this forum.
Re: I was wondering how many of you have explored the Leverguns Site?
For me it was the reverse, but I do occasionally browse the 'old' or 'parent' site.
32-20 articles were a primary 'draw' for me as well.

I believe that it was Paco's (no longer posted) article on the 375 WCF that originally lead me here. I still go back and read or re-read some, I'm sure I've not gotten around to a few.

I joined this forum to be able to view pictures posted here by the members after finding leverguns dot com and reading the articles of interest to me. Still go back on occasion and re-read some.

I found the site first, while I was looking for reduced load data (and that's a great article!), which led me to the forum.

Re: I was wondering how many of you have explored the Leverguns Site?
Reminds me of "back in the day" when I first found the old Sixgunners site. I read every article on it, got the feeling I was somehow related to some of the authors as their way of thinking was definitely similar to my own. And then one day I clicked on the link to the old Disc.Sewer.com forum - and haven't been able to walk away ever since. At the time I'd no idea I'd get to meet any of the folks I "met" on the site and the forum, but that was back in the 20th Century and it's been my blessing to get to know many. And then when JimT and Paco started up the Leverguns forum it was more of the same good stuff. Then the forum morphed into Leverguns Community and life keeps going on, and on... and it's been too long since I looked at the articles over on the site. Thanks for the memories and the reminder!

I've visited many times, will put a link to it and articles on it to avoid misquoting. Often use the dimensional drawings to provide factual backup. I find it to be a great resource.

I dip in there for a leisurely and in-depth discussion of topics that interest me. It's a wonderful archive of knowledge and wisdom.

Re: I was wondering how many of you have explored the Leverguns Site?
I've read nearly everything up there but haven't been through it in some time. I will occasionally refer back to something that I know is up there. Is any new material being added?

Unfortunately not.
