Guys.
I hope I am wrong, but I fear the worst for Victor...
I'd reached out to him a year or so after he sent me -- for free! -- a full set of nautical charts for Maine, but I never heard back from him; either on PMs from this site, or by mail that I sent out.
As I said, I do hope I am wrong...
