I just read the other half of the story today. THE REAL EVIL..... Is the person that made the complaint. A woman, another Instagram'er that (now get this) lives 1500 MILES away from the squirrel, called in the complaint .... BECAUSE the man and the squirrel were making more money off of their posting than she was and she was mad.

She has also been identified and her name and face posted of different forums, such that she has even now deleted all her social media information.

That to me is the real issue we face in this country. The man raised the squirrel from early birth after being abandoned through, Kindness, and then, just shares their association/interactions on Instagram and some jealous stranger is allowed to destroy it.

The gov this time did not check justification --- just reacts.

Don’t get me wrong, I’ve killed hundreds of squirrels and I have no love for these tree rats.

You can’t say you were rescuing these animals if you took them away just to kill them.

We live in a world thats chock full of BS and lies spread far and wide, from all directions of the spectrum, many I believe intended to make americans hate each other. I can only suggest thinking who benefits most from that.

Sir, you maybe correct with your statements above but I have not seen 'any form' of retraction from the venues that I read yesterday. Nor has the internet scrubbed the persons info when you do a general search on 'Who put in the complaint about peanut the squirrel'. I would think that the controllers of the search engines would have removed any or all info, if it would truly be a falsification, about the wrong person. As you stated 'we live in a world that's chock full of BS'. Making it very hard to know what direction it is coming from and truly confusing peoples beliefs of reality. I am glad you can see the other side to this story and share it when I only saw the other first and posted first. But since I do have an open mind, I would be pleased, if you would share your sources and searches that directed you to your statements about this being all false, we all can search your side, so we can read it for ourselves, too.

We will see over time.

PS -- Since posting I have done some searching on this subject. Still interested in seeing yours. Just an additional comment to this -- is one question to explain -- Why wouldn't an accused innocent first put up a denial statement -- rather than deleting every social media contact, if they are being wrongly accused?
