While everyone is playing Corona Bingo, take a look at what's in H.R.5717.

Basically, it bans, limits or infringes on everything.
I'm sure the timing is a coincidence.

With facetime and other such programs, why should the Senate shut down?

Senate rules stipulate voting in chambers. That needs to change.

Agreed - that is one thing they could legitimately 'update' due to technologic advances.
