"Math is hard..."

....at least for Liberals....

So the big issue this morning on the news was how some Disney employees are paid so little they have to sleep in their cars.

I didn't realize they had no option to go find a better-paying job, but the 'fix' the news wanted us to go along with was to address the problem that the CEO is paid over sixty million a year. If only that money were given to the poor employees they could have houses like normal people.

Well, there are around sixty thousand employees, so if you took all the money the CEO gets after taxes, and gave that to the employees, it would be about six or seven hundred dollars a year - less than three dollars per workday. Do the liberals actually think that will buy these people a home, or even pay for an apartment...????

That's not even taking into account the sad but real fact that if they only offer an ordinary wage for the next CEO after this one quits (having their pay cut 99.9%) , they aren't likely going to have the best CEO out there, and the company will probably not do well, eventually downsizing or even collapsing.

Perhaps that's the ultimate plan - get the employees all on welfare so their votes can more easily be bought by politicians offering trinkets...

Yes, the plan is to have all the voters on welfare.
