The police should have refused....

#1 Post by AJMD429 » Sun Oct 20, 2019 6:03 pm

....I know that they aren't supposed to use "judgement", but at what point do they keep enforcing unreasonable (and unconstitutional) laws against innocent people...? ... ns-seized/

At what point does their oath to uphold the Constitution take precedence over some feel-good law...?

Yes, there are definitely instances where dangerous or irrational people should be at least temporarily, but quickly, removed from their firearms, or vice versa, but do we create a police-state just so the LIbTards can feel 'safe' (even though they won't be)...???

He said he didn’t receive any paperwork or receipts for the seizure of his guns, either.

Massachusetts is a screwed up state. Run by Boston, which is an even more screwed up city.

Isn't it amazing that THIS was the part of the nation that refused to comply with the seizure of "military style assault weapons" a quarter century ago...?????? NOW look at the pathetic state of affairs there.
Doctors for Sensible Gun Laws
"first do no harm" - gun control LAWS lead to far more deaths than 'easy access' ever could.
