Texas passed a law protecting religious freedom.

As stupid as it sounds, Texas had to pass a State law to protect businesses right to free association. Chik-Fil-A was targeted by the anti rights for anyone but themselves community, and was banned from an airport in Texas. No Chik-Fil-A restaurant in the airport due to the Owner giving his charitable donations to FCA and others. One of the LGBTQRSTUVWXYZ crowd who is a State Legislator was able to initially stop the bill, and she-it was celebrating in session like a NFL running back after his first TD. The ones who actually are able to accept that others have different needs and wants are the ones who fixed the bill and got it passed. It has now been signed into law. Chik-Fil-A cannot be banned from opening a restaurant in an airport by the LGBTQRSTUVWXYZ crowd because they want their feelings hurt.

I find it insane that Texas had to pass a law which does nothing more than protect the right to freedom of religion when it was already protected.

Seems to me that we ratified a document back in the late 1700's that ensured the rights to allow chick-fil-a the right to run a business.

We could have gotten more gun rights laws through the state legislature this session if Speaker of the House, Dennis Bonnen, not LIED to the Texas 2A community about being a pro 2A Republican!

Sorry for the "off topic" reply but I can't stand to be lied to! And yes, I agree that it's sad we have to pass laws to protect laws that are already guaranteed under the Constitution. Treetop

Too often we vote for 'lesser-evil' RINOs, then wonder where our freedoms went.
