This could wack the heck out of CA and when they start re-allocation of federal funds based on legals wee hoo!
Hopefully when this starts to really hurt it will wake people up to what's really going on.

.

The courts are an empty suit.

Liberals will lie, register ineligible and non-citizens, and will pad their number by the millions no matter what the courts say.

It must be able to affect something, otherwise the liberals wouldn't be fighting so hard.

Folks.... IMHO: This is sort of a "canary in the coal mine" issue.
The very fact that an attempt to identify and enumerate United States Citizens in the Census has somehow even become controversial is one of the best indicators I know to clearly demonstrate how close America is to going over a cliff that we will NEVER be able to recover from.

I just hope it's more "right" the ship, the number of federal judges being appointed and the balance of the courts are changing.
As they say but actually true this time - "For the Children".

There are. And they keep making more every year. Mostly about things already covered by existing laws. But since they don’t bother to enforce the old ones what makes people think they will enforce the new ones.

I fear you are correct.

It is also just the Dem's appealing to their new constituency - the one aimed at replacing the blue-collar workers they have abandoned in their quest for outright socialism and putting men in women's restrooms...
