Bank Shooting - are we 'surprised'...???

#1 Post by AJMD429 » Wed Jan 23, 2019 10:34 pm

When a bank PROHIBITS law-abiding citizens from having firearms there, it clearly won't make things safer, and logic would predict that if anything, it would make the bank a more DANGEROUS place. I guess Sun Trust Bank found this out....

The double tragedy to this is that they won't learn from the experience, nor will our heroic LIEgislaTurds.

Several years ago our bank put up the no firearms signs. That summer we had several bank robberies in the Dallas area. When caught, the gang admitted that they targeted only banks with the no guns signs. Our bank took it down in a hurry.

Precisely. If there's no armed guard and metal detector...

My credit union has put up metal detectors and you have to 'buzz-in' so at least that is halfway sensible; the 'gun free zone' signs are just ridiculous.

Holy Crapola...Even out here on the Left Coast I've not run into that as of yet...I'd be switching financial institutions.
