That RNC speech he gave - - should serve as inspiration for Trump to go ahead and give the State of the Union Speech IN the House of Representatives as usual, even though Nancy Pelosi said that 'due to the government shutdown' she would not allow the House of Representatives to be there.

IIRC, the empty chair was supposed to represent BHO.

To keep the analogy up-to-date, he could talk to an empty head, fully representing Nancy, Chuck, Alexandria, Bernie, etc., etc., etc.
