DVD EXCHANGE #2 - WANTED DEAD OR ALIVE SEASON 1

#1 Post by gunner69 » Thu Sep 30, 2010 12:07 am

I have a new copy of Wanted Dead or Alive with Steve McQueen. I am donating it to the forum. You ask for it, enjoy it, and you pay postage to the next person. Enjoy Steve working the action of his 1892 Winchester. Regards, Gunner69

Haven't seen the show(s) - one of the "passers-along" of the DVD should post a mini-review...

2571 is the next to get the DVD's They are good to watch, Steve McQueen gets hit on the head a lot and beaten up some. It's the typical 50's western the good guy gets beat down and comes back fighting to save the day. But I have decided my next acquisition is going to be the Rossi ranch hand in .357 whenever they get in, seems everyone is out of stock. Missed one On Gunbroker, it went for 515.00 + shipping. Able ammo list them at $409 but out of stock. cannot afford the Puma Mare's Leg. they are going for over a Grand.

Got it & watched most of the 36 episodes while at deer camp (long nights, snow & 10 degree temps). I was eight when they were made. Best two episodes were the one made for Christmas and the very last one, about a feud over shooting a dog by mistake.

Who's next?

I never heard back from 2571. My email from 12/22 bounced back, and my PM from the same day is still unread in the outbox. Im hoping he took some time off to go hunting. :D

I got the two year searies set and the round used in the houlster is more of a 38/55 than a

45/70 or such . I still love the shows and guessing whom the stars are.
