Hammer extension BLR

Post by Jon49 »

Can anyone tell me where I could find a hammer extension for a Browning lever action? The hammer is huge compared to my Marlins. :? Thanks, Jon.

Brownells has a few.

Depending on what model Browning your trying to fit it to, you might have to open up the notch in the extension, with a small file.

Thanks salvo, I ordered the Carlson hammer expander since it seemed to have the widest opening. I'll still have to enlarge it some. The hammer is over a half inch wide. Thanks again for your assistance. JP
