During our 2-day layover in Cape Town I met with my friend Charl van Wyk. Visiting with his wife she asked, "Has Charl told you of his latest gunfight?" He had not so I pried the story out of him.

Charl is the nicest, warm-hearted, caring individual you will ever meet. He also feels a deep sense of responsibility for the safety and well-being of those in his care and has put his life on the line more than once.
If you have not read his book "SHOOTING BACK" you really need to. It is an invaluable source of material -- especially as a gift for those of the faith who think Jesus was a pacifist or that the Bible teaches us to be pacifists.
