We are about 2 hours south of Jim and it didn't get cold enough to stick here. Sleeting now.

-21 here yesterday morning, blowing/drifting snow, drove 250 miles to deliver our excess furniture to Cut Bank MT. So let’s not hear any wining about a little ice. :D

Talked with my San Antonio grandkid yesterday. He was getting ready to move his pineapple plant inside for the night.

I went to wally world then to the beverage for Beer , stopped and got some stuff for Momma. roads aren't plowed yet and it's 26* so it's like driving on grease. . looks like the lake Erie snow machine may work overtime.

We had two inches and 19 degrees here this morning. Looking for a low of 10 tonight. I have tarped my little pomegranate, and I think I will bank up the base with snow to reduce freeze damage.

I had to scrape ice off car windows today. It was not as much fun as I remember.

Good to hear that. After Winter Storm Uri last February, and what it did to my industry, I never want to hear about freezing temperatures and ice in Texas again!!!

That was a pretty good storm that blew through here. Erie County is still at a Level 3 snow emergency, but should be lifted by the end of the day. Lucky enough to work mostly from home and put off claim inspections until next week. Only real issue is we're down one 4x4. Thanks to supply issues, I can't get a $9 part until Tuesday! Let's Go Brandon!

We're getting rain, freezing rain, then snow and back to freezing rain again.
Southern costal Maine is a piece of cake compared to OldWin up north.
although I'd take that cold weather and fluffy snow over this!
Dangerous travel in this weather! The ocean keeps us quite a bit warmer
than just a few miles inland. I'm sure the vehicle will be incapsulated under an inch of ice!

15" - 18" last weekend. We've got another foot on the ground today, and more falling here in central Maine.

That'll be most of 3 feet in less than 10 days.

Still better than ice!

Jim, I don't know how you're hanging on - just be careful crawling out of that
upstairs window onto the snow pack.

We got another 10" yesterday , on top of what was left from the last storm. We now have over 20" on the ground . about 22* outside . I wish it would stay cold till about April and then turn to spring. nothing I hate more than mud.................................................. .

There's no chance of snow where I am. Perth, Western Australia, is expecting it to reach 42°C today.

I recommend Jack Daniels antifreeze and a hot chick for the cold.

I like a good whiskey now and then but the hot chicks? No thanks. I would only embarrass myself and disappoint her.
