Alox 2138f ???

Post by Tycer »

Does anybody know the original use for Alox 2138F? I have a bunch and don’t know what else to do with it besides make bullet lube.
Kind regards,
Tycer

Tycer,
(thinking capitalistic). Get what you don't want and mix it 50-50 with beeswax then pour it in a mould made from PVC pipe then sell it for $2 less than can be bought commercially........then only sell it say......20 - 30 sticks at a time to save aggravation on your part. :D -----6

It's how I make it.....put the PVC moulds that are filled with the lube in the freezer and the stuff pops on out.

I still have several tubs of it myself and it's terrible in black powder lube. Makes a black sticky mess almost like plastic shot cups in black powder shotshells.
