It's the Army Birthday today.
When they cut the cake, do you know which two Soldiers are asked to to the honor?

The oldest and the youngest soldier present, active or retired!

And Blaine --the last surviving drummer boy of Washington's army -- always gets to cut the cake.
The most important aspect of this signature line is that you don't realize it doesn't say anything significant until you are just about done reading it & then it is too late to stop reading it....
