I confess to getting into the barley pop a little more than I should. Did take a walk today as far as my back allowed.

Being in one of the necessary professions, I am too tired to drink when I get home, and sometimes too tired to eat. I have lost 5 pounds in the last month.

Weight watchers and AA will probably be busy by June.

I don't think I need AA, ans Weight Watchers is probably not my style... I think a gentleman should have a bit of a "reserve" tank around his middle!

I drink rarely anymore so that’s a non issue . And as to overindulgence of food I’ve actually been cutting back and have dropped 4-6 pounds in the last two weeks .
Parkers , Mannlicher Schoenauer’s , 6.5mm's and my family in the Philippines !
