Fartblossum used to be one of Dads favorite terms of endearment! Haven't heard that in a while. :D

Fartblossum is not a term I have heard before but will no doubt find a use for it

A fartblossum in my personal dictionary is a fanny burp that has tremendous air volume....it comes out long and slow and expands slowly giving everyone in the room time to enjoy,it.---6

Btw, I don't get it...as per the magazine......other than poorly written English the guy has a gripe.
