That wood make a great addition to carry on the bike!

Pretty neat but right now it just a kick starter project so you might never see a return on your money. I'm pretty sure there are already some being made if you look for them. James Townsend and Sons did a project on Youtube where they built a clay oven. Personally I'd like that a lot more.

Rusty, they are on Amazon. Kickstarter was a success. That said, there may be better designs of portable pizza ovens. I have heard the learning curve is mighty steep.
