He got upset about something. I am not quite sure of the details. I miss him, and would like for him to come back.

I am another one hoping he will reconsider. He brought so much to this place.
His wonderful mechanical creations were and are an inspiration. 8)

Well, I think more than a few of us know why he left. But, evidently, it's against a certain Mod's wishes to mention such things...

IMO,
Do take any thing on the Internet personally!

On another forum, there is a very negative person who is against anything new and anything he has not personally done. The first time he did that to me on a subject he knew little of and I had considerable experience, I asked him if his mother did not teach him "If you can not say something nice, do not say anything at all".
That kept him quiet long enough for me to learn that he lives in another country that is WAY behind America in technology and guns and ammo. Now, I just ignore him.

I really like Pitchy; he's a good and honorable man. I keep in touch with him via email and talk to him from time to time on the phone and even managed to stop by his place a few years back on one of those rare occasions when I was traveling by car to my old stomping grounds in Manitoba. He's been making a lot of really interesting stuff recently. I imagine he'll post whenever he decides to post. One thing about Pitchy is he keeps amazingly busy with a never-ending series of projects.

He's pretty ticked off at a few people here that he thought were friends.
I've talked to him a couple of times but haven't heard from him in a couple of weeks.
I'll try again in the morning.
