Dang autos!
Automatic shotguns that is...blasted things have a pull on me but it never lasts. The infatuation never lasts and soon I get tired of rummaging for empties in the undergrowth especially bending around this gut of mine!
So with that in mind I duly set off for the local gunstore to look at some stack barrels! Yes you read write, stack barrels, ever wonder why you never seen me with a stack barrel apart from a 410 and a muzzleloader stack barrel I use to have? I'll tell you....I hate the darn things! Oh yeah, they shoot great n' all that but I hate how they carry and worst still I hate how they break but off I went all the same.
To my delight none fitted in my price range, I drove the normally patient store keeper near crazy so much so he gave me some keys and told me to get lost in the armoury and please myself
Well there is nothing like a heated winter gun armoury all to my self and I went through the lot and not just the shotguns.
The USSR made sxs hammer gun that came up a treat made me smile, I may get that a little later but then I saw it! An as new zabala sxs ejector multi choke, 3" , completely unfired!
Darn sxs's I'm always a sucker for a sxs that comes up right everytime and with my eyes shut!
So I bought the thing, much to the store keepers delight, he was wondering whether to make me a bed for the night!
No fancy photos but look, all the empties in one spot! I only have to curl around my gut once! Besides, at a push I can shoot it like a stack barrel if I feel I should! N.

Nice one Nath!
Looking forward to pictures of you & Jess & some game and the pretty English countryside soon.
“Whilst” you’re at it — include some pretty English foxes (of the 2-legged variety) as well.
Cheers!

You gonna put a bead on the side of that right barrel? Seriously sweet sxs. Reminds me I've gotta get my Parker out and empty some 16 hulls. Rub Jess's head for me.

Jessy is always with me. She fanged a rat the other day in the middle of nowhere.

30/30 Winchester: Not accurate enough fer varmints, barely adequate for small deer; BUT In a 10" to 14" barrelled pistol; is good for moose/elk to 200 yards; ground squirrels to 300 metres
