Anyone making a good fixed 6x scope anymore?

Post by RSY »

Burris used to. Leupold used to. But...they're gone from their catalogs.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Scott

Leupold has a FX II 6x36 on their website. It's also on optics planet.

Ebay has a few 6x leupold scopes, not cheap but if a guy takes his time some times you can do all right
bought a 6x leupold 30 years ago, it has held up to many thousands of magnum rounds and now sits on top
of my nifty Ruger RSI in 250 savage Great Scope!!

I haven't looked lately but doesn't Weaver make a K6? They aren't the same quality as the originals but they're OK. I bought a few K4s a few years ago.

Yup Weaver, mine is 30 years old and lives atop my 10/22. It's been very reliable.

I buy older Leupolds ! I do not buy new Leupolds . I’d scour gunbroker and ebay for a 6x if I were after one .
