U.S.S. Grayback, WWII Navy Sub -- Found After 75 Years

Post by Old No7 »

They found this sub awhile ago (June 2019), but I just came across this news on Veterans Day, of all days.

While the sub is "Still On Patrol", as all the lost-in-action or missing subs are, this one's now been found by a group called "Lost 52 Project"; their mission is to locate all of the lost/missing U.S. subs from WWII. Click Here for Link to USS Grayback Sub Found.

Lest We Forget.

We lost 52 subs in WWII? I had no idea.

What a great group!
