This short video, "Eternal Peace", shows how WWII vets who had served on -- and survived -- the sinking of the U.S.S. Arizona at Peal Harbor can be Interred with Their Shipmates for Eternity (click for link) if they so wish.
Very moving for the families, I'm sure...

If that is where they want their remains to go, then it sounds fine to me. My opinion is that it is just remains. The important part is already gone.

Very moving video. I had the opportunity to visit the USS Arizona Memorial and stand over the sunken hull. My ship, the U.S.S. Hoel, DDG-13, was on it's way to SE Asia. We were in Pearl for 2 1/2 days, which allowed me the time to visit the memorial. A very solemn and humbling experience for me.

Thanks for sharing this Darryl. Visiting the USS Arizona ranks up there, emotionally, with visiting the Vietnam Wall or some of the other memorials to our fallen heroes. Words just don't adequately describe the knot one gets in his throat...
