Only 1 round of .380 or 9mm, really! Take apart to reload? I'd feel safer with a rock. :D

An updated/tactical version of the New Orleans Ace.. todd/3leg
30/30 Winchester: Not accurate enough fer varmints, barely adequate for small deer; BUT In a 10" to 14" barrelled pistol; is good for moose/elk to 200 yards; ground squirrels to 300 metres

Reminds me a little of a Liberator pistol. Or a zip gun.

Actually I think they missed the mark on this one …… Priced at $70 or less and chambered in something like 22lr/short it might be appealing to people running trap lines. I bet there are at least a dozen of those guys who would be interested.

Might be ok for brainstem shots on chuted livestock....easy to clean blood/brains off of.

Unlike a normal firearm, it wouldn't be anything one of the slaughter house employees would walk off with, at least not in the U.S..

Seems chambering it 45 ACP could be about as 'compact' and do a better job.

That would be just about every new gun designed in the last twenty years.

With the cross bolt safety, it is totally useless for a left handed person.

It would appear that the placement of the sights on the "frame" with smooth barrel that after a shot and miss, it would be less likely to hurt the user, when the bad guy gives you the pistol back in suppository form!? MK

An actual review of the pistol - https://youtu.be/F7291bGZEXY

I'm surprised how accurate it was, and how it was fairly fast to reload.

Interesting - I have a friend with a 50 BMG that has the same cartridge-attaches-to-the-boltface design; you remove the bolt, attach the cartridge, then chamber it by inserting the bolt...

Nah, the idea of taking apart the pistol to load it in deep snow on trapline is pretty unappealing. "Oops, where did that barel go?" I'll stick with a Single-Six or my Sentinel.

Really the only use I could see other than perhaps a cache-gun (due to being cheap and indestructible) would be executing chuted or downed livestock where the gun would get bloody from being against the skin and you don't want to gunk up a nice or hard to clean gun. But for that I'd rather a bit more power.

I'll bet if you went back in time about 90 years and handed one out to every European Jew, they would have been appreciated.

I wonder what would happen if you could give one, along with 10,000 rounds of ammo or so, to someone back before gunpowder was invented...? The first handheld firearms were not very powerful, and way slower to load, and way less reliable...
