New Single Action Revolver Maker

Post by Pete44ru »

.

For those interested, I came across this British gunmaker who will make SA revolvers to order, shipping anywhere.

Trinity Guns says they can make them cartridge-firing, blackpowder, shotgun or blank-firing, to order & subject to the import laws of various countries.

Trinity makes them for Fast Draw, Target, or general use.

There's Standard Manufacturing right here in the USA... they make a Single Action clone of the Colt SAA.

A friend who has one by Standard Mfg. says it is THE BEST single action he has ever had .. and he collects some really nice stuff. I have yet to handle one and honestly, don't foresee one in my future. But they do look good.

Griff,
That's one fancy shooter.
Probably way above my pay scale though.

I read a review that stated the Standard product was as high a quality firearm as the now defunct USFA made.
I know a whole lot about very little and nothing about a whole lot.

Standard does look good, but I am just too cheap to pay that kind of price. I would probably go with a Ruger Vaquero before I would spend those big bucks for something I wouldn't shoot much.

That's what my friend said. I know the USFA was built right. This is my .44 Special. I carry it and shoot it. No safe queens for me.

The Trinities really look impressive and I would love to have a pair of the "Remingtons".
