No sound either, but love that Dahlgren-shaped cannon barrel!

Re: Test fire
Jason......what caliber is it? I have one just like it in 50 caliber........these things are wicked.....I put a round ball in mine and shot a hole through 1/8" metal with it at 25 yards. Yours looks a bit bigger than mine....
I was playing with it one day and loading something like 5 grains of BP and a rb and shooting it from the house to our little pond out back...about 75 yards away and dropping the lead right in there.---6

Can't make the sound work either, but it has a pretty goo bark.
Jack,
The bore is 1". My uncle gave me some 3/4" ball bearings to go with it, but I'll have to take it somewhere else to set those off!
