knife info

Post by rossim92 »

my coworker has a knife i like but has no name or model number on it. maybe yall can help. it is a folding knife with about a 3 inch blade It opens with a push of button, not the open with your thumb style, but fully automatic. it has a metal stamping of a bird on the handle with same picture and smaller birds near the pivot pin on the blade and whaty looks like an egyptian style eye near the point of the blade. does anybody here have any ideas what brand and model it is. he did say it came out of las vegas. this all i know.

Check Smokey Mountain Knife Works and look at the Kissing Crane knives.

As an aside you might want to look at a Buck 112 automatic knife. They look very strong.

That is probably correct. The brand of knife you asked about is probably Kissing Crane. Another option may be Eye Brand from Carl Schlieper Knives.

Both the 110 and 112 Autos from Buck are very sweet. They have introduced some with specialty steels in case you are interested.
