Winchester model 88 in 308

Post by MingoKid »

I have been looking at a nice 1956 Winchester model 88 in 308. I realize that is the most common, just happens to be my favorite. It has a Weaver 2-7x scope as well. I like the looks of the rifle, I just don't know much about it. Any pros or come to watch for? MK

I own the same exact rifle. Some do have a reputation for a heavier trigger pull. I know mine is a little heavier too but the rifle is accurate.

Not much to know - but, if you buy it, you'll be happy with it....
