Nice! What are you using to seal them Lenn? I have heard food-grade flaxseed oil and even mineral oil are preferred for food contact.
Re: Couple chopping boards.
Soaked them down with veg. oil, thanks Bill.

Hey! Those are purty, Lenn.
Buddy of mine makes custom pool cues and once in a while he will do some chopping block. Too pretty to use em!

"Oh bother", said Pooh, as he chambered another round.

That's pretty cool. It looks like you could use either one to slice cheese. Everything I've ever had in the way of those little wire based cheese slicers broke pretty quickly.

Very nice. And using vegetable oil was a good choice.

Good lookin' boards Lenn. I just got home from settin' up at a gun show. Not a huge one but we get to hang out with our kind of people. Might even find a bargain.

That one with the bolt through the blade makes a lot of sense. You could knock out a mess of carrots, cucumbers, etc in no time.---6

Re: Couple chopping boards.
I like the cleaver board. Simple and ingenious.
30/30 Winchester: Not accurate enough fer varmints, barely adequate for small deer; BUT In a 10" to 14" barrelled pistol; is good for moose/elk to 200 yards; ground squirrels to 300 metres

Thanks Todd, the other one is made from a reciprocating saw blade and cuts a head of lettuce great.
