If you have a little bit of time between BBQs, the Beach, and Memorial Day Sales? Spend a little time with some of our fallen Military.
(And, stop saying "Happy Memorial Day")

Sadly Memorial Day is not recognised in the UK as it should be. Lest we Forget.

Still recovering from spinal fusion surgery so was unable to help with our cemetery cleanup last week. May try to help place flags in the morning.
Two of my veterans, close to my heart, Dad and great-great granddad. Grampa Jim told the recruiter in Austin he was 21; he was 17. 8)

Blaine, I haven't been to Dad's in probably five years, and never have visited great-great grandfather Jim. He is in Kimble County, Texas. Some day soon!
