Yes, most any gun can go bang if you drop it just right, or rather wrongly onto a hard surface despite all of the time and effort to purposely designing them not to.
I try not drop them but the good book advises us to confess our faults (sins) to one another so I must admit to have transgressed on that subject. One went bang with no injuries and needed just a bit of toilet paper, caulking, spackling, kilz and paint to repair the damage. Thankfully, none of the others went bang.
