This looks to be pretty good deal and I don't have an OMM in my collection but I just can't spend any more money on guns right now. So please help and remove the temptation for me!

Go ahead and buy it! It'll still be worth what you paid for it after you buy it and it will hold it's value better than cash. Get it!

I'll give ya some wisdom of which I have most always followed.......and glad of it.......

I punched a clock for 44 years so money was not exactly being funneled in my wallet.......if you see something that you rarely see and the price is more than fair....and you really want one of these go ahead and scrape up the bucks. There's an old saying, "pay yourself first".----6

That is a bargain in my books. I have one,(Officers Model Match) that's about 20 years older and maybe a tad better condition and value it about half again as much. Buy it!

Sorry, but I shoot S&W revolvers.

The only Colt I own was won at an NRA auction years ago and is a safe queen:

My dad has an Officers Model Match and I believe it was his first handgun. It's also the first revolver I started shooting when I was a kid.
He had cigar boxes full of .38 Spl wad cutters that I did my best to shoot them all. It's a real tack driver. He's semi retired it now for a couple of Troopers that he's been shooting lately.
