I had the opportunity to carry and qualify with the civilian version of the Sig P320 for the last three years (owned two Compact 15-shot 9mm). After 3 years I went back to Glock (went way back to Glock Gen 3). I had several reasons for the change, but in the end I just didn't like this weapon platform. It's a good weapon system, accurate, reliable--just call me a Glock-fanboy... :)

The FMJ-FP has a hunting worthy meplat. At that speed might leave a clean 5/8” hole with little bloodshot meat with a rapid bleed-out. Those flat meplat bullets don’t plug the entrance wound with slurry so blood can easily flow outward.

The Winchester Service Grade SG9W looks to have the same bullet. It appears to be a hollow base.

Very hard to convince me the Colt 1911 isn't still the best of the 3 or 4. I carry a colt .45. I hope it works well for the millitary.
