I could see it being used for covering fire in urban terrain. With green tip it would eat through concrete or brick fast enough that any enemy combatant hiding behind a wall would be in serious danger. I don't think I would have a use for one anymore, but it would be fun to shoot.

I see that it will be shooting the 5.56 rd. I guess we will be seeing more surplus ammo in that caliber. I could have swore in a post somewhere here that the military was going to get rid of the 5.56 and go to something different. I could be wrong. :D

The Firearms Owners Protection Act of 1986 ... protecting me from owning one of these since 1986. That law has saved me countless $'s since '86 ... truly a revolution in firearms owner protection.

Now see if the original intent of the 2nd was followed (civilians having weapons parity with the government) we could all own them. I suspect such parity scares the heck out of all politicians regardless of which side of the aisle they are on.

It does. I like to correct those who say that the Second Amendment does not cover machine guns because they were not around back then. George Washington was aware of the Puckle Gun. It was the first automatic firearm which I am aware of.

A right rationed or regulated by government is not a right. It is an activity permitted by law.
