An Interesting Ruger.....

Post by AJMD429 »

Here's the new and old side by side:

An article about - the original 10/22 - included because it has some interesting accuracy testing.

Here's the magazine the new one uses, which is a clue as to the nature of the new 'Ruger'

Looks pretty interesting.

I guess they will sell quite a few but I've never been a fan of the Ruger so I won't be tempted.

Yeah, I know they are as American as apple pie and I wanted one for a long time, it's just that when I got to try one I didn't like it as much as the Marlins or the Browning ATD.
Even my Magtech ( Mossberg plinkster) would give Ruger a run for its money.... :o

Hmmm. Ya gotta read the article. There are Sigs and Walthers and several other popular guns in this genre...

I picked up an Umarex Gauntlet last year in .22 caliber. Great gun to keep the tree-rat population in check. I have several Umarex air pistols that mirror their real-life counterparts. Great trainers for the basement.
