"Hard Times" and Man's Development

Post by Old No7 »

Well, for sure, my late father lived and died in the 1st and 2nd stages... He survived the first, and thrived in the second.

He very well knew that stages 3 and 4 were coming, but now I think it's much worse than he'd ever imagined...

Sometimes I get very discouraged and find it hard to believe we'll ever reverse this whole cycle and start again making "strong men" and I think we're mired in the endless cesspool of stages 3 and 4...

Oh well, I saw this and had to share...

Comments welcome.

.

So... Hard times are good times?

 :?:
Government office attracts the power-mad, yet it's people who just want to be left alone to live life on their own terms who are considered dangerous.

History teaches that it's a small window in which people can fight back before it is too dangerous to fight back.

My interpretation is that hard time produce good times. Those that survive those hard times end up making times better/good...

Can you imagine the SnowFlakes* in Iwo Jima...?

And the vagina-hat wearers* working in bomb factories and raising kids and welcoming soldiers back home...

*....bunch of entitled, materialistic, arrogant, ignorant, judgemental, pseudointellectual, sanctimonious, selfish, shallow, violent, racist. bigoted, hate-spewing sphincters...

The U.S. was formed at a perfect storm involving geography, technology, and social events, and likely blessed by a higher power (and I don't just mean the French Navy coming to our aid). I'm not convinced that there will EVER be the right circumstances for us to be able to escape from socialism, and even if there were, do enough of the citizens want to, versus the powerful and violent mobs of those who just love socalism...? :|

It's unfortunate that the only real cure for socialism is the actual experience of socialism.

I'm thinking that the People of Venezuela would gladly step away from the hellish system that they once believed would result in Nirvana.

Then again, maybe they just didn't try hard enough.

The snowflakes hate John Wayne. He exemplified what they simper against.

The left is trying to replace the ideal American man - John Wayne - with Jussie Smollett.

And for many of the snowflake generation, it is working...
