FWIW; gun ban...

Post by mikld »

I heard on the news today of a school shooting in Baltimore. Isn't Baltimore the city that banned LEOs or Security Officers from carrying weapons on school premises last week? Didn't take long for a nut job to figger that one out and shoot up a school...

Yep, and then they were crying for the cops to come back last summer because they needed protection from druggies snd robbers! Just cant imagine they would shoot their own unarmed and defenseless in a gun free zone.... todd/3leg
30/30 Winchester: Not accurate enough fer varmints, barely adequate for small deer; BUT In a 10" to 14" barrelled pistol; is good for moose/elk to 200 yards; ground squirrels to 300 metres

"Was in Baltimore earlier this week on business. Couldn't wait to get OUT!"

Same for me on my first job out of college!
Flew there to a NASA site south of town to pick up some upper atmosphere experimental data on mag tape and had time to kill and drove around Baltimore some - never again!
Next day, I picked up the data tapes and headed to the airport for my flight back to Dallas. On a couple of other jobs, I travelled to NYC, New Jersey, Philly, and the DC area dozens of times, but avoided Baltimore like the plague.

It appears to have gone downhill since then.

Why do you think they are called Baltimorons?
