For many (internet era) years I have been petitioning airgun designers, manufacturers, and vendors to develop, produce and sell :

A medium to large-bore airgun that....

Looks like a real traditional firearm.

Takes a common single 12 gram CO2 cartridge.

Has three regulator valve settings for shots per cartridge. 3 - 2 - and 1 for full power and all of the oompah from the cartridge at once.

Nobody seems to be listening and when they do they seem too obtuse to understand what I am talking about.

At least it's in an air gun, and not a cartridge gun.

And if you get one of the big bore guns they are hard to find places to refill tanks and the compressors for sale cost almost as much as the guns!

I just can't warm up to the Henrys for some reason.
But I'm glad people like them and buy American.

Looks like a way to get around some gun laws though....

Gunny said in New Jersey a red Ryder is a firearm and muzzleloader too.
Gunny ever notice there is no toll going into New Jersey on any roadway out of PA. However they collect a small fortune to get out of New Jersey back to Pa????May be a reason for that...just sayin.

But... It's BLACK.

Aren't BLACK guns supposed to be ugly?

:?:
Government office attracts the power-mad, yet it's people who just want to be left alone to live life on their own terms who are considered dangerous.

History teaches that it's a small window in which people can fight back before it is too dangerous to fight back.

This exact same conversation used to go on in the seventies/eighties when synthetic stocks were beginning to take hold. "I'll never own one" people used to say. ---6
