I started with a Dillon RL550B 30 years ago so I don't know where to go with that 310 business. Probably about 30 calibers but too early to count. I do have a 310 tool and one set of dies.

Played with the tong tool once, but can't remember which caliber. Handier than a Lee Loader though. :D

Started with a 310 in the early 60's. Still have all my 310 die sets I acquired. Went to a single stage press, but only for a while. Gave it to my BIL.
Still use the 310. Only caliber I have that I do not load for is 9mm. Only problem I have ever encountered with the 310, is having two .243 win., and you had to keep the brass segregated as the 310 only neck resizes, and the chambers were different enough, that the brass wouldn't interchange. Only one .243 now so no problems.
Never used a Lee loader, but watched others pound away, not for me.
Skeeter's articles on the 310 was an invitation to stay with the 310, simple, easy, effective. Lee hand trimmer, pocket reamer, dip cup powder measure sets work for me, though I have a beam balance scale for rifle cartridges if I want to go near the top levels.
Simple reloading for a simple person!

Should I assume that means only hyphenated calibers? Is the 310 easier to use than the Lee handpress? Todd/3leg

I'm a "tool nut" and like "old" tools. I have only one 310, in 44 Special, but I have 6 Lee Loaders (along with 4 presses and 1.83 metric tons of assorted reloading tools). I don't have these for all my reloaded cartridges but I do cherish them. Whenever I feel "retro" I'll pull one out and pound out (or squeeze out) a box of ammo. I won't give up my Co-Ax, but these tools definitely have a place in my shop...

I started reloading with an old PAK-TOOL. Loaded many 30-06 (neck size), 357 mag and 38 special with it. Wish I had kept it. But traded off. now use Dillon 550.
Have a 310 tool I got in a trade, but haven't gotten any "dies" yet.

Never used the 310, but I've loaded a fair amount with Winchester loading tools.

I'd change that to a Lee Loader. I use it quite a bit for .45 colt. Relaxing and you end up with ammo.

Though I use RCBS presses, I could do it all with the 310 and have everything to do it with. Thirty-ought-six, forty-five auto and the auto-rim will do it for me.

I've got others, but those are all I really need.

I used mine for 32-20 and it worked well. So does the Lee 'mallet' tool. The Lyman is cooler though.... :D

My first reloads were for a rolling block with a Lee Loader. I have 2 winchester tools plus original molds and an Ideal w/mold, haven't gotten around to using them yet.

I have adult ADD and would be totally lost without my RCBS Pro 2000, Piggyback, 4 and 6 cavity moulds, Binary triggers, high cap mags....and every other tool designed for high volume loading and shooting. When I go to the club, I ain't shootin' 27 cartridges and say, "wow, that was sooooo coooolll.----6
