PillHer got a Bearkat.
Just picked it up earlier. PillHer got a Ruger Bearkat Shopkeeper. It fits her hand well. We will have to try to get time for her to shoot it soon. It is too small for my hand. I like the design and wish it were scaled up so that I could use it. She plans on carrying it when walking the dogs in areas where she has seen coyotes.

Always liked the Bearcat. Buddy of mine used to carry his in his vest pocket, never went anywhere without it.

Good deal! Fun times ahead for your wife!
Have had two, still have one.
Always have one in the saddle bags, walking around unless the surroundings indicate a need for something bigger. Mine needed some repairs over time, so sent to Ruger, and was happy with the lock work change to handle six safely.
Returned trigger works fine for me, but others have seemed negative about this?

Piller, eager to hear how it shoots. These have been on my radar as a kit gun for some time now.

The small size is why I converted a .32 single six to .44 special- 4&1/2 barrel & 5 rounds. Great fishing vest gun!

I had an original steel frame Super Bearcat back in the day. I've regretted getting rid of it since then.

That's exactly why I skipped over a Bearcat and got an old H&R 900.
