It's time, isnt' it? I surely do miss a fire -- and the honest work of splitting and stacking.

I gotta get to that myself - we fill a 12'x12'x8' shed to the gills and use it all, and all I've got now is about two wheelbarrow loads.... :?

Me too, but not cutting wood.

Today I prepped things for seeding rye tomorrow so the Welsh Ponies will have something to eat this coming winter.

Also this winter, I will get some exercise clearing down timber in the bottom, but that wood goes on the burn pile because we already have more cooking wood than we can use.

Brother Jim, that looks like a fine day at the office.
