Hey! It's been a long time since I won anything and the Lord willing, I just won Pitchy's newly built air compressor cabinet! Pitchy, before you send it, please stain it dark walnut and put a sprayed on clear coat of poly. When you spray the poly, make sure it's in a dust free environment. Make sure it's sanded with 600 grit first and package it up real nice and if it's not too much trouble, please overnight it..Fed Ex.----your pal----6

I say deport them all!

Huh for some reason last night my phone didn't show you starting page 88! Congrats are in order as I see you did win page 88 from my ipad.

Well I'm going to hang doors today. That means the majority of my day will be in the A/C! 5 doors to hang, 1 to take out and rehang in a different room. The homeowner then has to stain and poly before I can start trimming.

Ya know what, I never received my prizes either so I'm with OS on stopping all winnings until somebody starts passing out the loot!

That's FAKE NEWS don't ya know - they are actually Trump Supporters committing crimes in blackface, just to create the false impression that we have a violent and lawless demographic, created by the socialist policies of the Dumbascraps.

Ya know Doc.....I'm sick of this shyt.......we are reminded everyday to be tolerant and not fight back and if we do we face jail time, loss of rights, public discrimination, lawsuits, blah, blah, blah. Bet THEY can do whatever the phuck they feel like doing and were supposed to sit idle? The news programs air this behavior everyday and then THOSE OTHERS get mad when businesses pull out of the bad areas. In Chester, Pa. there is not any chain stores...except McDonalds... :D ....in the high crime areas. What stores there are the customers walk in to a lobby with a glass plate window and a microphone....like a drive thru bank.....and tell the worker what they want....for example....pineapple soda, slice of watermelon, Afro sheen, lice remover, roach spray...etc....and it's delivered through the trap door thingy.

Of course, not all of these people are like this but there's a healthy percentage who just don't give a rats azz.

In my neighborhood, we police our own...I'd call the cops in a flash if my neighbor was selling drugs or other illegal activity. They don't......and nobody calls em on it. I don't "get it". --6

Two buddies of mine are ex Philly street cops and they tell me I know NOTHING about what really goes down in the city....the stories they have told me would make ya think the cities are in the caveman times.

Oh how I want to comment but the mods would flag the post!! Probably ban me for life too!

WOW is it raining! My fancy weather station says it's raining at a rate of 32 inches per hour. I got home from work at just the right time!!

New canvas & leather case showed up for the 23. Nicely made, only complaint I have is it doesn't stay open. Might have to install a lid support.

Go ahead and comment...as long as the truth is told and what you see on the news, I'm sure it's OK to quote what the "pros" report.

Yes...a classy case for a classy gun.......could you imagine a DuPont showing up at the private trap range with a single barrel full choked Iver Johnson wrapped up in an old towel?

Never could find a soft case big enough for the BAR until last week at the club...some guy had one that was huge for his 30" barreled benchrest gun...made by Creedmore Sports...gotta get one....buck twenty five. You ever see a mess of kids looking at any other kid who is about to open a package???????? ....that's what happens at th gunclub if ya ever noticed.....a guy will unzipper his gun case and everyone looks to see what he has in there. Nosey..............one day I'm gonna hold a handgun guncase near my pants and when I open it, good ole "one eyed Pete" will be staring at them.

That reminds me when my wife (then girlfriend) used to go to the movies...I'd get a box of popcorn, put it on my lap and stick one eyed Pete through the bottom and when she reached in there to get more popcorn, she'd get a surprise.---6

I tried to find an original Winchester case , the 23s came from the factory in a hard case, sadly the only ones I could find were for 26" barreled guns. So I found this on Amazon. 190 bucks. The red case has my 2 Perazzi's , got it 30 odd years ago- its heavy though about 25 lbs loaded up.

Two words first starts with an “f” ends in “king” the other is moron. I hope the bear doesn’t get indigestion. People in Pennsylvania look at me all stupid when I say the average IQ in places s like Montana and Alaska is higher. Well fellers, if it's not bad enough breaking in this new knee at 80, I've got some dread illness that has me feeling really rotten. Dehydrated and with diarrhea and a fever and they don't know what is the matter. I feel some better after they put a liter of fluid in a vein. Insomnia too. I'm thinking enough beer might just be the cure. Pray for me.

M.M....forget the beer...it will dehydrate you further.....that's if you were being serious. :D Cant go wrong drinking lots of water and staying away from anything "salt".

Well, I had my worst two scores in levergun silhouette....ever....a 17 and a 18 x 40.....shooting offhand, you wait until the front sight is where you want it, than pull the trigger......well, when my brain gave the command to pull the trigger, there's a hesitation and by then the front sight is off the animal......dunno.....thinking the concussion aged me like real fast.

Still hot outside.......next weekend the benchrest silhouette game will be on and I don't need a fast reaction time for that....gonna park the BAR and use a newer Remington in three o eight that I put the action in an ancient wood stock....will see.

For some reason my I pad won't let me use numbers.....must be the date today..thirteenth........six

I too had a lack luster day at the range, my inner demons just cant keep a consistant gun mount !

New model 23 has(had) an automatic safety! Hate those lawyer mandated things! I shot a box of shells through it, realized the stock dimensions are a bit off, so I removed the auto safety, made a pitch spacer and put a neoprene comb raising pad on it. Now I'll shoot it again next week.

I wanted to be the first to talk about the lootin', shootin', rapin', stealin', carjackin', and lots of other illegal activities. :D :D .............I remember back in the nineties that happened.........lawlessness prevails when some people know they can get away with it. Well yes and no Six. This 23 has DOC of 1.5, DOH is 2.5, 3/4" too much DOH for me. As well as the pitch being slightly off.
It could be that now I've gone too far, pitch may change it enough that I can deal with the drop, gotta shoot it more.
If I do need to raise the comb permanently I'm not sure how I'll do that yet...

ICE should deport all these nitwits that are protesting too!

Six, aint had much to say or even add any thing of knowledge so just sat back, so as to listen and learn... Been getting ready for a trip but my eyes are flocked up, so this next week will be interesting to say the least. My bad eye, is now my good eye! Cant hardly read the caliber on a rifle barrel.

UFO's???? What's that about Fred?

I don't believe in any of that shyt....if an alien is smart enough to be able to go faster than the speed of light and make it to our world, they are going to make contact......the same people who believe in that stupidity believe in Sasquatch. The only Sasquatch I ever saw was the First Lady in the previous administration of POTUS.

Turtledude.......I'm blind in my right eye and my "good" eye is color blind and needs corrective lenses.....that's for real.....my vision is not what I need for good shooting but I've been getting by...how, I dunno........

Temps are still in the nineties....after Monday the humidity is supposed to go through the roof. It's times like this I'm glad I'm retired and have an AC unit that gets the house cold enough to freeze a T Bone.---6

Hey look! The one tree fell and blocked the "door to nowhere". Pitchy has to stay on the front side. THATS an omen Pitchy. Better sit down and have a cold one.

With trees like that I just hook a chain on em and drag em out in the woods and let nature take care of them.......

You ever watched 1000 Ways To Die, it shows a guy died from being inverted, tho he was in the boots.
Pitchy we got hit pretty hard here too for a few minutes.
Six, my right eye is 20/200. Left eye was 20/30, now left eye is blurry like looking thru scotch tape and black pepper with floaters. Aint gonna enjoy getting this sorted out. Cant even enjoy the details of a hot lady in yoga pants! I miss being fairly young and in shape.

Hey guys. Sorry for the troubles Lenn and Todd.

Glad no trees fell on your buildings, Lenn.
I have always wondered if one of those tables would help the wife's back.

Good luck with the eyes, Todd. Sorry if you don't make it to Sturgis.
"Oh Bother!" said Pooh, as he chambered another round.
