You are a busy boy Six! If I ever have questions about the hounds I'll let ya know. Fortunately I'm on a first name basis with the whole staff at the vets office- I've been going to the same place for 35 years. Man they have a lot of my money!!

I saw that whole video, he sure does have some fun stuff!

FYI if you are looking for non ethanol just got to the local airport, 100LL ( low lead) is what all piston driven bug smashers use. They may or may not sell to you though. Probably about 5 bucks a gallon give or take.

Hey hey hey I'm first to post AGAIN!! Do I get 2 guns???

So last night my chiropractor buddy calls me asking if I could look at his Franchi AL48s. I said sure what's going on? Stocks are loose. Ok no problem I'll bring what I need. Less than 7 minutes to remove recoil pads tighten through bolts( just a dab of blue loctite) and back together. Easy peasy nothing to it could have done it in my sleep.

Gunny...a fair trade for your excellent 'smithing skills would be two free appointments. When you show up, bring the dogs....they need help too. :D

Wow...look at the patent dates on your sharpener! Cool. It's really something how something so old stays working. And you know those sharpeners got lots of use...probably in schools and offices. The plant had these electric ones that would go bad after a couple of months.---6

Well actually I get adjusted free of charge whenever I walk through the door, I'm on the 'payroll' for repairs, fixes, and such for him. I've fixed his chiropractor table, office toilet guts, the list goes on and on.

Cant wait for those used pencils to get here!

All right, that's it! I may be outta state visiting my son, daughter in law, and grandson,.....but when someone starts trying to snake Pitchy's (my) 44, my radar goes off! :D
You boys just settle right down!
Oh, and I saw ole Six trying to give my Jeep away. You will like the Toyo's by the way.

I saw your latest sharpeners, Lenn. Very cool stuff. I've never seen those either. You got some cool old stuff.

Made a trip to my son's range today. Man! A bnb place like that could never stay in business up my way. Classy! My boy had to smooth talk em so they'd let me in.
We shot his 1911 and his really cool Noveske 12" SBR AR. Neato.
He got even with me. Last time he was home we shot my Rossi .357 and he ordered one for himself.
Today I ordered a 10.5" AR from PSA. Why?.......I have no idea. But it was a smokin deal. :D

OK guys..I reserved an enclosed trailer from U-Haul. I'll be headed for Pitchy's in the morning to collect Gunny's prizes.

I really thought hard about this and have decided that Pitchy loves his tractor, Harley and other goodies a lot......just like the rest of us do. I know it's in his heart to donate these goodies to Gunny but I don't think it's right. Pitchy is a good dude and has untold hours in maintaining his equipment and to just "give it away" ?.......

No buddy, you keep em. Seriously.....I bet you love that tractor more than any of your guns just like me and 'Ole Yeller' the old '89 Jeep YJ that sits in the barn. I could never part with it.

Gunny's prized possession are his dogs...I understand that.

Jays prized possession is his Buffalo coat...without that he would never have so many Colts.

Now.......if you have an abundance of a particular item I can understand giving away some of it.......like Old Savage........his area is FULL of soft stuff everywhere........that black haired gal is something...wonder what she looked like at 30.

Jay....your gonna like that short barreled AR....make sure you register the lower as a pistol even if you don't have the law that way...yet.....it will protect you on future laws.

Me and mom WERE going to head out this morning but I decided to stay home....ANYTIME I travel more than 25 miles or so from home, this comes with me....along with a few extra mags. You just never know what can happen..instantly..-6 Last night I laid it on the floor in anticipation of the ride.

Yes.....safe-semi-fun.

It's a Frankford Armoury Binary........just this side of the law...the safe side. ----6

If they pass a law, it's 15 minutes to switch in the factory trigger....IF they pass his Binary law, there's a strong possibility that current owners will be grandfathered but you will have to register them and be transferable like the AR auto sear......I remember auto sears were $200 and after the ATF got done, they are now $20,000.....good investment. :D ----6

Pitchy has a bunker? I bet that's where he keeps the Garands. Funny thing..my buddies call my house, "The Compound". It really is hard to get close to without me knowing about it. Just last night about midnight some pickup truck stopped on the road out front and I was informed......two seconds later the guy had 1000 lumens of light shined on him..he took off like a scared rabbit.

That's quite a shop you have there Gunny....let's see some more pics....I like seeing how other people set their stuff up.

Imagine this.....a flag box in Osage Orange!

Yep, USPS stores are a MAJOR rip off. One time some years back they wanted $120 to ship a rifle...never told them what was in it......USPS? $20 some dollars.

Well, I'm headed to Quadratec ...about 10 miles north...to get me a set of wheel spacers for the Rubicon in anticipation of the new sneakers coming.---The Count

Couple hand held routers

Not to mention a whole heaping bunch of saw dust!

Nice work, Gunny.

Just got back from touring the USS Wisconsin with my son. It was awesome. Standing in that 16" gun turret was impressive.
Cool to be on one that went through WW2.

NICE shop Gunny....you and I have the same definition of neatness......in other words, being able to move about and find what you need without being anal. I see everything is "decently organized". We keep the house the same way...decently clean. I've been in houses and workshops where you can eat off the floor...screw that, it takes all of your time.

I've also been in shyt holes too where I'm afraid to walk...can't live with that either. One guy I know has a 2' aisle to get around in his house and workshop with shyt piled up everywhere. After my mother died my dad let everything go...understandable. When he passed I took out 5 dumpsters of shyt from the house and the workshop----6

I tend to clean after each project is done. Twice a year I give it a real cleaning.

Years ago we did a bathroom remodel, the people were hoarders in the greatest way. We literally had to go through the house sideways! It was a real Hillary getting sheetrock in there! The plumber had a he!! Of a time getting the old tub out even after he busted up. The new fiberglass one took a lot of cussing to get in!

Jay......I hear ya on the washer/stop bolt thingy....thank you!........the Goodyear MTR's I have on barely hit the control arm so it never bothered me. These new and coming Toyos , even though though they have the same number..285/75R.....the tread is 11.5 as opposed to the 11" of the MTR so they will rub more.

Well, I think it's glamorous. Neat picture.....oh, wait....yea...Spider something....they even gave me decals....fair in price for the machining involved..$220 for all four......that is a neat pic of your Rubi......I like the half 🚪 doors.dont think Jeep offers half doors anymore or at least I've never seen em.....ole Yeller has em.

I've been working in the basement and dang, if I didn't find a half door for Ole Yeller...same color with the islander logo! When my son owned it he must have found it somewhere.

Does that buffalo coat have pockets big enough for a half door? (If so, I'll chain it up.)----6

Those are the lower half of Bestop 2pc soft doors. Best thing since sliced bread.
I can throw em in back and have doors if i need em. Not to mention the weight savings. In the summer, I rarely have my steel doors on.

Jay....first...IM UP EARLY !!!!!...expecting company...fellow guncrank and tree surgeon.....OK, on to business......first, I was putting on the Redwings when I heard laughing from the other room and then an exclamation, "hey retart, come look at this picture!".......so I danced down the hallway with the entourage (dogs) and I said, "yes Master, this is your retart, all willing and able to meet your demands." She showed me a picture on Facebook of YOU and your grandson. I mean TWINS....the kid had the same smile and facial features as YOU. :D So I got a Black Rifle Coffee and started the day with a laugh, as I usually do anyway.

Nice picture buddy......that boy is a smiler.

I promise I'm going to get your stuff together this weekend and get it out on Monday..promise.promise, promise......the garage and basement are now 95% finished ...and will most likely never get to 100%.

18 here....cold.....cold.....the wood stove is a smokin'...all that free heat....house is comfy at somewhere around a dry 74.---6

Mornin' bro!
Haha hey thanks. That kid has the best disposition of any baby I've ever seen. He has a bad cold and still is all smiles. I thought maybe they switched him, but there is just too many other similarities. :D
I think that picture is the ONLY time my wife has put him down. :D

And buddy, don't stress over sending out the stuff. I'm not even home! Haha.
Make sure you got all your stuff and chores in order first. I know that stuff eats at you. Get it when it's right for you, buddy. No worries bro.
Oh! And I want a pic of the Rubi with the new grabbers! :D

Cool beans pards with the jeep stuff, i`m sitting here checking USPS tracking about the carpenter pencils and sharpener that were supposed to be here three days ago.
Tracking says they will be delivered later than expected, is the postal service effected from the Gov. shut down.

Yeah. Got up about 5.
I'm in Virginia at Cody's still. So it's like summer. :D
Think it was 5 below or so home this morning. We are headed home early tomorrow.
My dad has been guarding the compound and taking care of the furbies.

Morning Pitchy! Sorry your stuff ain't shipped.
Maybe, cause my AR hasn't shipped yet either.
Yeah, my son and his wife are working without pay. The USCG is part of DHS so it's kinda the worst of both worlds.

Am I up yet- what a silly question! I had checked the campfire about 0600, was out of the house with the Brown Wonder at 0800. We just came home from chasing birds. Claro got a pheasant, I got 2 chukar.

That reminds me, I have to check the tracking on the flag box! I don't think USPS if effected by the shutdown...?

Was 13 here this morning!

WTF?????????????? WTF???????????........ my tree surgeon/guncrank buddy stops over to get my evaluation on a Colt 45 Auto he came home with. .........a brand NEW IN THE BOX 📦 Colt 70 Series.....made in 1981. He stole it at $800.

Then......Then......Then.........a while later me and Mike were standing bullshytting out by the woodpile when......when.........when.........a UPS truck comes down the driveway!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The driver, a very cool dude says,"Howdy Jack, got a package for ya!" I thanked him and he drove away.....very nice of him to be working on a Saturday while I was bullshytting.......ya know, my SS check gets deposited in our account in a couple of days and I depend on hard working Americans like him...........so.........so.......so.......opened the package and guess what it was?????????????

WRONG DELIVERY!!!!!!!!!!! A box of carpenter pencils addressed to some guy in Minnesota. I threw em in the wood stove. :D : :D : -------The Count.
