Oh Guuuuunnnnnnyyyy!

Post by Sixgun »

Thanks brother for the 38-40 brass and the 450 Bushmaster cartridge. (dummy for those who get upset about shipping live ammo)

I bet that baby does have a wallop and yes, I did not have one. I believe I have examples of about 90% of all early American cartridges....not much on modern junk. Someday I'll make a post. Just the other day I found a butter dish with about 75 rimfire cartridges from the black powder era. Spencer's, Henry's, military....

Thanks bud----6

You are very Welcome Six!
Some how I figured you didn't have a .450 Bushmaster in your collection.
I hope the 38-40 are good, I have no idea where I got them!
I have 1 for my meager collection but mine has a black talon ( remember those?) stuck in it.

The 450 is like shooting a 20 slug, it's a very forgiving cartridge, doesn't care what powder I've tried it puts them all in the same place.

The 38-40 brass is modern solid head that's once fired, most likely from an 1873 Winchester. It will be put to good use. :D ----6
