It's a fake one I got as a 'free-shipping add-on' from SportsmansGuide.com or someplace. Called the 'Waspinator' it's just a cloth bag colored grey that you fill with Styrofoam beads or whatever.

Supposed to scare the other wasps away, and seems to work; so far this year none of the usual nests to knock off. 8)
